Your Role
As an Technical Support Engineer (Level 2), you are responsible for:

  • Provide 2nd-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud-based applications.

  • Manage and troubleshoot telephony solutions, including PBX systems, SIP trunks, and call routing configurations from SBC to PBX.

  • Able to read and understand regular expressions (regex)

  • Be able to work with Debian/Linux systems to a basic degree

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy enforcement, and ongoing administration.

  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely issue resolution.

  • Follow customer-specific IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and operational guidelines.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring end-users receive timely and professional assistance.

  • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base, documenting common issues, resolutions, and best practices.

  • Work collaboratively with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.

  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including system migrations, software rollouts, and network enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Halo, IT Glue, Screenconnect, regular expressions (regex) is a plus
