Qualifications:
-Minimum of 18 months experience in a Technical Support Representative (TSR) role
-Completed at least 1st year in college
-Strong background in hardcore technical support and computer troubleshooting
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, chat, or email
-Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
-Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
-Document technical issues and solutions clearly and accurately
