Role Description

The Total Rewards Specialist is esponsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees. This includes validating timekeeping data, reviewing payroll inputs, and preparing payroll registers and bank summaries. The role ensures compliance with government statutory requirements and coordinates the submission of reports to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.

Additionally, the Payroll Officer oversees payroll accuracy for both store and support office employees, maintains and updates the HR Information System (HRIS), and generates necessary reports. The role also investigates payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution in coordination with the Total Rewards Manager.

  • Manages end-to-end payroll processing from timekeeping validation to submission of payroll registers and bank summaries.
  • Reviews payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance on attendance, adjustments, allowances, and one-time payments.
  • Prepares, validates, and submits statutory reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) in coordination with the Benefits Officer.
  • Oversees payroll timeliness and accuracy for both store operations and support office employees.
  • Handles and maintains the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and report generation.
  • Investigates and escalates payroll discrepancies or errors to the Total Rewards Manager for prompt resolution.
