WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT SPECIALIST (Commission-Based)

Location: Philippines (Flexible / Field & Remote Work)

KMG Construction is looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Specialist to help expand our network and bring in new clients for our design and build services.

Job Description:


• Source and connect with potential clients for construction or interior design projects.


• Present KMG Construction's services and portfolio to prospects.


• Coordinate with the Managing Director for proposals, quotations, and client meetings.


• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Compensation:


• Commission-Based Only – Earn 2% of the total project cost (design or build projects only) for every successful closed deal.


• No fixed salary; perfect for freelancers, agents, or professionals looking for performance-based income.

Qualifications:


• Experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (preferably in construction, real estate, or design).


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.


• Professional and confident in client interactions.


• Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:


•Updated resume or short profile introduction.


•Valid ID and contact information.


•Willing to represent KMG Construction in client meetings or presentations when needed.
