Position: Data Center Assistant (Logistics)

Job Rank/Grade: Rank & File

Department: Data Center

Work Location: Pulilan, Bulacan

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Data Center Head

III. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: To be a part of the Data Center Team to effectively monitor the operational activities of the Logistics Department. He/She will focus in collecting, organizing, and recording of production data.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists in the performance of the following duties:

  2. Receives, records, and consolidates data of Logistics;

  3. Prepares periodic reports and updates;

  4. Monitor, collect, and validate the Logistics Department through the Logistics Information System;

  5. Prepares presentations when required;

  6. Submits periodic consolidated daily and weekly operational-related reports.

  7. Coordinates/liaise with other departments.

  8. May do other tasks related to his/her function as required by the immediate supervisor.

V. QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment: Collage graduate

Course: BS in Information Technology/Mathematics/Engineering

Experience: With relative work in advance is an advantage

Requirements/Skills:

  • Adept in computer applications
  • Good organization and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • With above average skills in both oral and written communication
