II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Data Center Supervisor

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary: To be a part of the Data Center Team to effectively assist the department in facilitating and scheduling of meetings, recording, making minutes during the meetings, and processing of requests from the Business Units such as purchase and budgetary requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the performance of the following duties:

2. Receives, consolidates, and distributes reports of Business Units.

3. Prepares analysis reports and updates.
4. Monitors the compliance of plans, programs, and budgets.
5. Prepares presentations when required.

6. Submits periodic consolidated daily and weekly operations-related reports.

7. Coordinates/Liaise with other departments/Business Units.

8. May do other tasks related to his/her function as required by the immediate supervisor.

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment: College graduate

Course: BS in Business Administration or other related course

Experience: With relative work experience is an advantage

Requirements/Skills:

• Adept in computer applications
• Good organization and presentation skills
• Highly organized and attentive to details
• With above average skills in both oral and written communication
