Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Civil Engineering (CE).
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (ECE or CE).
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience in OSP (Outside Plant) projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in both vertical and horizontal construction.
  • Preferably with background in the telecommunications or construction industry.
  • With hands-on experience in underground installation.
  • Willing to be assigned to various project sites located in NCR, South Luzon (SLZ), and Visayas areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop Telecom design plans using AutoCAD.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end (E2E) project lifecycle.
  • Establish project governance models and processes, both internal and external; build and lead the project implementation team.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and clearly define project goals.
  • Monitor and control project scope and changes, ensuring KPIs and milestones (Design, Permitting, PAT, RFS) are achieved on schedule.
  • Define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout all phases.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project delivery.
  • Coordinate and report progress and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
