Job Summary

The Project Officer – Platform is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of platform projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met according to scope, schedule, and quality standards. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring platform-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, development, and operations to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project decision-making and reporting.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
  • Support the project manager in stakeholder communication and status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and best practices in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or platform operations (tech or software industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
