Electrical Engineer

POSITION TITLE: Field Service Engineer (Licensed Electrical Engineer) WORK LOCATION: Intramuros, Manila (On-site) EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. The role involves advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and project execution for port equipment, cranes, and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, proficiency in PLC systems, and the ability to manage complex field service operations from planning to final reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct site inspections, advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and prepare comprehensive technical reports for port equipment, cranes, and industrial machinery. Read, interpret, and modify basic PLC programs as needed onsite; perform electro-mechanical repairs using diagnostic tools (IR tester, multimeter, etc.). Lead and supervise skilled technicians during project execution; prepare Gantt charts, method statements, and manpower plans. Meet with customers to discuss scope, methodology, safety protocols, and expectations; prepare Job Order Proposals. Collaborate with the Sales Team and coordinate with principals to support project acquisition and execution. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) – REQUIRED. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service, electro-mechanical work, or engineering project execution (crane business background is an advantage). Ability to read and modify basic PLC programs; strong knowledge of electrical systems and control systems. Valid driver’s license (automatic and manual); physically fit and willing to travel and work extended hours as needed. APPLICATION NOTE: We prefer online application only.
