Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site configuration, quality assurance, and establishing foundation of client relationships.
• Participate in the configuration process of building parameters in the system and interacting with internal/external resources.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
• Facilitate a smooth client transition from the sales cycle to implementation
• Work with client success to facilitate a smooth client transition from implementation to account management.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation including functional requirements, parameters, configuration and enrollment requirements and timelines.
• Support and follow key work process flows for open enrollment and new client implementations.
• Complete self-QA on all system build work and abide by established QA protocols
• Consult the client on a successful change management plan by creating customized deliverables based on client pain points and objectives.
• Update processes and workflows to aid in accelerating implementations while reducing errors.
• Form strong partnerships with internal teams in order to drive timely implementations for clients.
• Partner with the benefit consulting and operations teams to ensure plan design, contracts, forms, and enrollments are completed and submitted on time.
• Work closely with the product team on special requirements/integrations that the client was sold.
• Enter and maintain client data until the implementation is complete
• Proactively identify potential issues and communicate to Director to help .course-correct.
• Train clients on functionality of the League HR portal where they can manage their program, members, and generate reports.
• Present the League member platform to clients and their employees.

• Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
• Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security.
• Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
• Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects.
