Data Analyst

Job SummaryThe Data Analyst role exists to transform raw data into actionable insights through a digitalized system using Google Workspace. This position supports departments in building and managing databases, enabling them to better understand performance, improve processes, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain data from various departments and develop systems to analyze performance.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and teams.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand data needs and align systems with their processes.
  • Provide recommendations to support decision-making and track the outcomes of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistics, and research methods.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; knowledge of databases and data management systems.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present data clearly and effectively.
  • Adaptability and time management skills to handle multiple projects and changing needs.

Experience

  • Microsoft Office background (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Google Workspace background (Spreadsheets, Forms, Sites, Apps Scripts).
  • Preferably with related work experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software such as Power BI and Tableau.
