Job Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy Development:

  2. Collaborate with the Segment Marketing Head and managers to define and refine the brand strategy.

  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape.

  4. Consumer Insights:

  5. Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

  6. Utilize data analytics tools to track consumer behavior and preferences.

  7. Marketing Communication Strategy:

  8. Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies across various channels.

  9. Create engaging content for marketing collateral, social media, and digital platforms.

  10. Planning and Execution:

  11. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.

  12. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

  13. Collaboration:

  14. Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

  15. Build relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a real estate company.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Marketing and/or business-related certifications or licenses a plus.
  • Use of MS applications, design, and basic editing tools like Canva, and Premier Pro.
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
