About the role

As a Senior Marketing Specialist at the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote the Philippines' export products and services to international markets. In this full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of CITEM's signature events in global audience.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, proposing improvements based on data insights

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with the Philippines' export industry and international trade trends is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php43,000.00 per month
