We are looking for Field Sales Staff who will be responsible for promoting, selling, and assisting in the installation of WiFi services to customers. The role involves engaging with clients in the field, explaining product offerings and promotions, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell WiFi plans and services to potential customers in assigned areas.
  • Conduct house-to-house or on-site sales visits to generate leads and close deals.
  • Present and explain promotions, pricing, and installation processes clearly to customers.
  • Assist customers in filling out application forms and completing necessary requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for installation scheduling and updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales assistance when needed.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in all field activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate.
  • Open to applicants with or without sales experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and meet new clients daily.
  • Basic knowledge of WiFi setup or internet connection is an advantage.
  • Energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
