What will you do as an Assessment Administrator?
As an Assessment Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support across test content production and results determination processes.
• Manage tasks via Zendesk to support content creation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support quality assurance for marking and results processes
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of assessment content and documentation
