About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
to amplify AI Rudder's brand presence and drive high-quality inbound leads. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who also possesses a data-driven mindset. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives around our AI technology while managing multi-channel campaigns that resonate with global enterprise clients.

You'll be the heartbeat of our brand communication, ensuring our message is consistent, engaging, and optimized across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing:
    Develop engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies, to drive brand awareness and inbound leads.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) in close collaboration with external marketing agencies.
  • SEO & Website Management:
    Apply basic SEO principles and work with agencies to improve website performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Social Media Growth:
    Manage and grow AI Rudder's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to increase engagement and brand reach.
  • Event & Webinar Support:
    Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of industry events, webinars, and conferences alongside marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer insights, using them to refine our overarching marketing strategy.

Who You Are (Must Haves)

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the B2B tech, SaaS, or AI industry.
  • Content Expert: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, benefit-driven content.
  • Agency Management: Proven experience working with and managing external marketing agencies or vendors to hit KPIs.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media management tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and market trends to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and Social Media Scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Email Marketing platforms and CRM familiarity (Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for data tracking).
