a. Assist in the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of all Company's vehicles of the CLIENT;

b. Ensure that all vehicles of the CLIENT are clean, fueled, and properly maintained;

c. Conduct routine inspections and report any vehicle issues to the Administrative and Facilities Officer;

d. Coordinate with drivers for trip assignments and vehicle returns;

e. Maintain accurate records of CLIENT's vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and repairs;

f. Monitor vehicle availability and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts;

g. Support compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding vehicle use and safety;

h. Assist in processing of the CLIENT's vehicle registration, insurance, and other documentation;

i. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and report preparation;

j. Canvass and source CLIENT's vehicle parts and services needed for repairs and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality;

k. Perform troubleshooting and repairs of vehicles;

l. Assist the Administrative and Facilities Officer in coordinating with service-providers for the maintenance and repairs of vehicles;

m. Support other fleet-related tasks as directed by the Administrative and Facilities Officer; and

n. Perform other tasks as may be instructed by the CLIENT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
