a. Undertake electrical installation, repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance in various vehicles, trucks, lifting, construction, material handling machineries and heavy-duty power generators. Maintain and repair various kinds of petrol and diesel engine motor vehicles.

b. Diagnoses, tests, adjusts, and repairs automotive, truck and construction equipment, electrical and fuel supply parts, systems and accessories; and does related work.

c. Cleans, tests, diagnoses, adjusts, repairs alternators, starters, mechanical and solid state voltage regulators, electric and vacuum windshield wipers,carburettors electronic controls ignition systems, parts; traces open and short circuits; repairs and replaces defective ignition and lighting wires

d. Tests coils, condensers, on-board computers, computer-controlled engine systems, emission control systems, gauges, instruments, and other electrical parts; tests ignition circuits and small electric tool motors; and other vehicles; may repair 220-volt motors and heaters, may install wiring outlets; may install service, troubleshoot and repair portable and mobile generator units, may install, repair and test vehicle control devices.

e. Installs, repairs, and replaces lights including emergency lights; adjusts headlights; repairs and replaces gas and oil gauges, switches, and fuse blocks; installs, repairs, and replaces horns, sirens, and heaters; services storage batteries; uses testing devices to inspect alignment, beam deflection, and intensity of headlights; may make emergency automotive electrical repairs in the field; bench grinders, and vacuum gauges, and other tools of the trade; and occasionally may be assigned to other duties for training purposes or to meet technological changes or emergencies.

f. Repair electrical parts and equipment when needed

g. Order for electrical parts as necessary

h. Identify repairs required via unfair wear and tear, and advice the Supervisor and Mechanic in charge.

i. Provide relevant feedback to the Supervisor regarding equipment performance and conditions.

j. Undertake required training(s)

k. Work within a realistic time.

Pay: Php14,820.00 per month
