QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be an Industrial Engineering with updated license.

  2. Must have at least years of supervisory or managerial position

  3. At least 3 year's practical experience in technical/business writing, performance improvement, quality management, compliance or policy development, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (5 years of work experience in a hospital setting is an advantage)

  4. In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation/regulation and/or standards (ISO 9001:2015 and other government and non-government agencies) and actively maintains compliance.

  5. Sound teaching and facilitation skills and exhibits good leadership skills with initiative.

  6. With comprehension and good analytical skills

  7. Computer-proficient, good in organizational and time management skills.

  8. Conducts Research Analysis for quality improvement. Experience, understanding and/or training certification in compliance, internal audit, risk management practices or a related field.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversees in maintaining the network and the servers and ensuring the they are up 24/7 with assurance of appropriate power, network and data back-up protocols are implemented with 0% incident of delay and error. (Quality Assurance and Management)

  2. Manages a Team that facilitates in keeping the operating systems, office suites, laboratory information system and hospital management information system reliable by performing updates, upgrades, patch fixes upon the release of notices from its vendors and original equipment manufacturer by reassuring 100% compliance to Preventive Maintenance standards and program. (Quality Assurance and Management)

  3. Manages a Team that develops, implements, monitors, and supports the hospital practices for data protection, internet use, email, security and ICT resource management and data integrity establishing 100% compliance to Data Management Standards and Hospital Safety Programs. (Quality Assurance and Management)

  4. Reviews and evaluates prepared accomplishment reports on ICT use and costs and demonstrates best value and cost-efficient measures in provision of products and services based on Hospital Budget Planning Policy. (Management)

  5. May undertake any special projects which the Quality Management System and the Management Committee considers necessary, or as may be requested by the Top Management. (Quality Assurance, Teamwork and Collaboration)

  6. Shall review and assess the adequacy of this charter annually and make appropriate recommendations for revisions to be approved by the Top Management.

  7. Shall involve actively in the Management Committee planning, budget preparation and hospital program with 0% delay and 0% error.

  8. Shall direct, supervise and review with 0% delay and 0% error the preparation of all the hospital's accreditation and licenses, management report and other reports required by management and various government agencies regulating hospital operations

9.Shall monitor, analyze ongoing performance and productivity based on the goal/objectives set by the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with the ancillary services in the implementation of operational strategies/initiation necessary to achieve them.
