JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's objectives and long-term goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Manage hardware, software, network, and cloud solutions to support business operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and prioritize IT projects based on business needs.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that third-party relationships are productive.
  • Establish and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Develop incident response plans and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
  • Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  • Manage project teams and monitor project progress and milestones.
  • Ensure effective IT support services for employees.
  • Address and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and report on departmental performance.
  • Provide regular updates on IT projects and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
