Role Summary

We're looking for a Digital Designer who ships clean, on-brand work and keeps Figma handoffs to developers running smoothly. You'll craft ad sets and landing pages; produce visuals for blog/KB, promos, email, social, and paid campaigns; design infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and other PDFs; maintain our Figma design system; prepare developer-ready specs; and run visual QA on page builds.

You'll use data, user research, and heat-mapping insights to guide decisions. Additionally, you'll stay current on UX and CRO best practices and emerging design tech, translating those insights into testable improvements across our pages and components.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Marketing Creative

  • Produce on-brand visuals for blog and knowledge base, email, social, and paid ads.
  • Design landing pages and promo assets aligned to campaign goals and audience insights.
  • Create infographics, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, and other PDFs (web and print ready).

Figma, UX  & Web Production

  • Maintain the Figma design system (components, variants, tokens, libraries, documentation).
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. Define states (default, hover, focus, error, empty, loading). Build clickable prototypes to validate flows and content hierarchy.
  • Prepare developer-ready handoffs: annotations, responsive states, redlines, and optimized exports (SVG/WebP/retina).
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs and resolve questions quickly.
  • Run visual QA on staging for spacing, type scale, contrast/accessibility, and asset performance.

AI-Assisted Imagery

  • Use Midjourney and similar tools to generate unique imagery that fits our brand.
  • Document prompt recipes, seeds, and negative prompts for consistency and reuse.
  • Refine AI outputs in Photoshop/Illustrator and ensure commercial-use compliance.

Research, CRO, and Collaboration

  • Partner with the Brand & Content Manager and marketing team to align creative with audience insights.
  • Use GA4, heat-mapping, and user feedback to inform layouts and validate design decisions.
  • Contribute ideas for A/B tests and conversion improvements on key pages.
  • Maintain brand consistency across audience segments and platforms.
  • Keep assets organized and versioned; manage font/stock/AI usage records.

Trend Monitoring & Experimentation

  • Track UX/UI and conversion-rate optimization trends and translate them into actionable design experiments.
  • Evaluate new tools/tech (e.g., testing platforms, heat-mapping, AI design/assist tools) and recommend pilots when there's a clear ROI.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in digital/marketing design or design production.
  • Expert with Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, library management).
  • Pro in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Demonstrated Midjourney experience (or similar AI tools) for brand-fit imagery.
  • Solid grasp of responsive web design, accessibility basics (WCAG contrast), and asset optimization.
  • Habit of continuous learning across UX, accessibility, and CRO; able to summarize trends for non-design partners.
  • Comfortable working with devs and marketers with clear written communication.
  • A portfolio that shows clean marketing visuals, landing pages, and collateral.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or hosting.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity, and basic A/B testing workflows.
  • Light motion skills (Lottie/Rive or After Effects).
