Business Operations Analyst – Software Maintenance (Grade 9)

Position Summary

As a Grade 9 Business Operations Analyst in the Software Maintenance team, you will support day-to-day processes that ensure timely and accurate execution of software maintenance operational support activities. This role is ideal for candidates early in their operations career who are detail-oriented and thrive in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational tasks including data validation, reporting, and metrics tracking
  • Collaborate with global teams to assist in customer contract reviews and renewals
  • Maintain accuracy of software maintenance entitlement and billing; data retrieval and analysis
  • Monitor key performance indicators and help identify operational improvements
  • Participate in internal audits and reporting activities related to both revenue and cost

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in software or IT services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Oracle Smart View for Excel)
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Power BI or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
  • Preferred Tools and Skills:
  • SQL
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
