About the role

MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused CSR Dayshift Account | Virtual Process to join our team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and effective customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations, with previous experience in a similar role being an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, as you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
