What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of call centre operations and procedures
