Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Taguig. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The individual will ensure excellent patient experience by addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions while collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth delivery of patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patient communications and resolve inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks, including record-keeping and appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, patient privacy regulations, and compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with healthcare software or patient management systems
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a patient-focused approach
- Prior experience in healthcare support, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
