Overview

We are seeking a confident and highly skilled Sales Representative and Sales Coordinator to manage our Australian client's all new inbound and outbound sales activity. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who can independently drive results, communicate with clarity, and represent the brand with professionalism.

You must have exceptional English communication skills, excellent phone presence, and an accent, tone, and delivery style that resonates naturally with the Australian market. This includes being warm, clear, personable, and confident on the phone.

This is a part time role with hours aligned to the Australian market, offering flexibility and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management and Sales Pipeline

  • Manage all new leads across phone, email, website enquiries, and social media messages.
  • Respond to enquiries immediately and with confidence, ensuring prospects feel supported and valued.
  • Nurture leads on trial packages, checking in regularly to ensure they feel guided and ready to transition into a full sale.Manage the entire sales pipeline including qualification, engagement, follow up, scheduling, and conversion.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience and first impression.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and fully updated including notes, next actions, call logs, tagging, and pipeline stages.

Exceptional Communication and Phone Handling

  • Demonstrate outstanding phone presence with excellent tone, clarity, and confidence.
  • Speak fluent English with a communication style suited to Australian clients warm, friendly, and conversational.
  • Adapt communication based on lead personality and needs.
  • Conduct calls with a balance of authority and empathy.
  • Handle objections smoothly with professionalism.

Outbound and Inbound Communication

  • Make outbound calls to new leads during the best performing Australian contact times.
  • During peak periods, make a high volume of outbound calls sometimes 100 plus per day.
  • Show perseverance, stamina, and a strong work ethic to maintain quality and consistency at high call volumes.
  • Answer inbound calls and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Respond live to social media comments, direct messages, and enquiries.
  • Use structured call to sale and chat to sale frameworks to increase conversion rates.

Sales Coordination and Performance

  • Attend weekly sales coaching sessions and apply training immediately.
  • Provide daily or weekly sales activity updates and performance summaries.
  • Track personal performance, conversion rates, and lead stages.
  • Work independently with strong self motivation and accountability.
  • Maintain a performance driven mentality focused on outcomes.

This Is Not a Beginner Role

  • Manages their own daily output and targets
  • Understands urgency and the importance of prompt follow up
  • Shows resilience, perseverance, and the ability to stay energetic during high call volumes

Qualifications

  • One to two years or more in sales, appointment setting, phone sales, or customer acquisition
  • Exceptional English communication skills verbal and written
  • Accent, tone, and delivery suitable for Australian audience
  • Proven success in lead nurturing and conversion
  • Excellent organisation and CRM accuracy
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence, resilience, perseverance, and strong problem solving skills
