Remote Sales Representative Representative

(Project-Based Contract: February to September)

About the Role

This position is a project-based employment contract from February to September. The role may be extended or converted to a regular position based on performance and business needs.

You'll undergo structured sales training and receive continuous coaching throughout the ramp-up period.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound (warm) calls averaging 200 weekly.
  • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter's services, and upsell recurring plans.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales metrics and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and persuasion skills with U.S.-based clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Work Schedule

Operations run from 7:00 AM–12:00 AM CST (Mon–Fri) and 8:00 AM–10:00 PM CST (Sat–Sun).You will work 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate (college preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the BPO or telesales industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and VoIP tools; knowledge of Google Suite preferred.

Technical Requirements

  • Desktop/laptop with camera (Core i5, 12GB RAM minimum), noise-canceling headset, and dual monitors.
  • Reliable power and internet connection (25 Mbps with 10 Mbps backup).
  • Quiet workspace; PLDT or Converge preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting Pay: Php 45,000 per month
  • Performance-Based Incentives: PHP 9,000–37,000 per month
  • Total Potential Pay: PHP 55,000–90,000/month
  • Inclusive of statutory benefits: 13th month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and applicable taxes.
  • Holiday pay and night differential as mandated by DOLE.
