About the role

PetWarehouse is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Fulfillment Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our pet products to our customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment team, including order processing, packing, and shipping
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy within the fulfillment department
  3. Manage and train a team of fulfillment associates, providing coaching and support to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and inventory management, to ensure a seamless order fulfillment experience
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization
  6. Communicate regularly with the management team to provide updates and recommendations for improving fulfillment operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a fulfillment or logistics management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  4. Proficient in using inventory management and order fulfillment software
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
