About the role

PETWAREHOUSE is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Picker and Packer to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for efficiently picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring a seamless and reliable fulfillment process.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately pick and pack customer orders from our warehouse inventory
2. Ensure all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and customer requirements
3. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to maximise efficiency
4. Collaborate with the wider fulfillment team to meet daily and weekly targets
5. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to any queries
6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar picker/packer role, preferably in the retail or logistics industry
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
3. Good physical fitness and stamina to handle repetitive tasks
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and technology
6. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
