The company specializes in providing consulting, digital transformation services, and business process management (BPM) outsourcing, serving industries such as insurance, healthcare, banking, and media.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client's products and services over the phone.
  • Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
  • Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
  • Typically handles straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
  • Strong English Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work on-site MOA, Pasay City
