Key Responsibilities:
I. Provider Credentialing and Enrollment (CAQH Focus)
- CAQH Management: Execute the creation of new provider profiles (Account Builds) and the maintenance of existing profiles (Audits) within the CAQH ProView system, strictly adhering to the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Data Sourcing and Verification: Meticulously extract and cross-reference sensitive provider data (NPI, SSN, licenses, and demographics) from internal client systems, including Zoho Contacts and the Clinical License Module, to populate the CAQH application.
- Compliance Review: Review and process supporting documents from SharePoint (e.g., Professional Liability Insurance, Resumes, Attestations), ensuring all requirements for expiration dates, employment gaps, and required fields are met before submission.
- Document Preparation: Perform necessary administrative tasks, such as splitting PDF files (e.g., Practitioner Attestation into Disclosure and State Release) for correct system upload.
II. Daily Reporting and Data Auditing (Excel Focus)
- Daily Metric Generation: Execute the Daily Cohort Audit Setup to merge and process provider progress metrics from Zoho and Regpack into a single Excel workbook.
- Advanced Data Manipulation: Utilize advanced Excel functions and formatting tools to calculate critical performance metrics, such as "RP Progress Growth" (daily percentage change) and "Days to Flip".
- Data Integrity: Maintain consistency and visual accuracy in the Daily Cohort Tracker by applying data validation (dropdown lists) and updating conditional formatting to reflect status, growth, and risk correctly.
- Quality Control: Manually audit reports to resolve data mismatches (e.g., calculating and entering missing provider percentages) and finalize the report with proper formatting (e.g., freezing panes, adjusting column widths) for onshore consumption.
Job Requirements and Credentials:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM, Provider Enrollment, or a highly structured BPO data/administrative support environment.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in the CAQH ProView system and Expert-level Excel skills (formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Compliance Acumen: Foundational knowledge of provider data requirements (NPI, Taxonomy, licensure) and the compliance standards governing credentialing in the U.S. healthcare system.
- Process Discipline: Demonstrated ability to execute complex, multi-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with minimal error and deliver daily reports by a strict deadline.
- Communication: Strong written English skills for documentation and professional communication with onshore teams.
