Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, promote social values, and deliver high-quality instruction in French language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage students to learn and grow to the best of their abilities.
  • Teach and model values such as respect, integrity, cooperation, and responsibility.
  • Organize academic projects and activities efficiently.
  • Update and evaluate syllabus and teaching practices regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and university policies.
  • Create an engaging and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dean.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's degree in a field preferably aligned with the program.
  • Valid Foreign Language (French) Teaching Certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and computer literate.
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in syllabus/curriculum development.
  • Understanding of psychology and customer service principles.
  • Ability to develop strategies to improve student performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with school administrators and personnel.
