We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Politics: Theory and Practice Teacher to join our College of International Relations. The ideal candidate will inspire students to learn, uphold academic integrity, and promote social values such as respect, responsibility, and cooperation. This role requires collaboration with faculty and administrative staff to ensure educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage students to reach their full academic potential.
  • Teach and model core social values including integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Organize academic projects and activities efficiently.
  • Update and evaluate syllabus and teaching practices regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and university policies.
  • Create an effective learning environment and impart knowledge clearly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including faculty, students, and external organizations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dean.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's degree in a field preferably aligned with the program.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and computer literate.
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in syllabus/curriculum development.
  • Understanding of psychology and customer service principles.
  • Ability to develop strategies to improve student performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with school administrators and personnel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
