  • Provide customers with information about the use and effects of drugs being purchased
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Assist the Pharmacist in assuring the quality of all pharmaceutical services
  • Receive, store, and inventory stocks and supplies
  • Keep track of expiration dates of drugs and other items in the pharmacy
  • Ensure pricing and labeling of items in shelves
  • Maintain records of checklists, receipts, purchases, and deliveries
  • Encode daily sales using the company program provided
  • Performs related functions as may be assigned from time to time
