You will manage scheduling, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones while preparing high-quality internal decks, documents, and reports. You'll handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. You will also serve as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and follow-through on company-wide initiatives.
In addition to core executive support, you will assist the Chief of Staff in driving local initiatives in our Boldr Mérida office by coordinating leadership visits, onsite events, and engagement activities..
Beyond core executive support, you'll contribute to the successful execution of leadership events and offsites. You'll identify opportunities to enhance executive operations through process improvements, smarter tools, and more efficient workflows. Your ability to anticipate needs, multitask effectively, and navigate a fast-paced environment will directly enhance the strategic capacity of the Executive team and drive organizational impact.

We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners in success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Excellent, Authentic, Empathetic, Curious, and Dynamic.
