What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Data entry and processing proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERPs (NetSuite Oracle) a plus
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle a demanding workload
• High sense of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Willingness to work in Makati, Pasig, and/or Mandaluyong

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Prepare, issue, and record official and acknowledgment receipts in compliance with government requirements and company policies
• Safekeep and monitor unused and issued OR booklets
• Coordinate with internal finance teams to validate billing and payments before issuing ORs
• Monitor customer accounts and update receivable records
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Foster a positive team environment
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and team goals
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
