
Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible in expand San Miguel Foods business (volume, profit and share) in assigned international markets through strategic planning, business building and account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management or Marketing
- 8+ years' of
sales experience from an FMCG company
preferably from Food Industry - Strong background in
General & Modern Trade
selling - Exports or International sales experience is a plus
- Must be aggressive and self-propelling
- Open to be assigned overseas when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop annual plans & programs, entry growth strategies and other initiatives aligned with the overall business objective of expanding San Miguel Foods Business in the Exports Channel
- Contributes to the preparation of Long-Range Plans (LRP) and programs per business unit.
Business Building:
- Delivers sales volume revenue and profit
- Plans and implement programs to delvier business objectives in the assigned international market.
- Design business development strategy, product portfolio and route-to-market strategy for all identified developed and emerging regions through annual business plan.
Account Management
- Maintains regular communication and interaction with customers/business partners
- Handles all quality servicing and claim issues and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing distributors and key accounts.
Management Reporting
- Prepare sales and distribution on business operations review
- Prepares sales performance, trade activities, inventory and pricing surveys.
