Role: HR Associate/Vendor Management Associate

Job Summary

As a Vendor Management Associate, you will support the coordination and performance monitoring of staffing vendors to meet organizational hiring needs. You'll assist in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to process improvements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. You'll play a key role in reporting and vendor communications, helping drive efficient and effective staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in managing relationships with staffing vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Coordinate vendor communications regarding staffing needs and expectation
  • Support regular vendor performance reviews and help document outcomes
  • Maintain records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and communications
  • Participate in contract discussions and help ensure compliance with agreed terms

Staffing Process Support

  • Help implement vendor onboarding procedures and maintain documentation
  • Ensure staffing requests are communicated clearly and tracked for timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing efforts with project timelines
  • Escalate vendor-related issues and assist in resolving disputes

Organizational Alignment

  • Work with HR and department leads to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Review vendor submissions to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Provide feedback to vendors on candidate quality and assist in improvement efforts
  • Support reporting on staffing metrics and vendor performance

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track basic vendor KPIs such as time-to-fill and candidate quality
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal review
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on staffing and vendor management trends
  • Recommend improvements to vendor workflows and documentation practices
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance vendor management efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
