SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for regulatory submissions and correspondences.
  • Track and assist in the preparation of compliance calendars, deadlines, and filings (e.g., BSP, SEC, AMLC, CDA, NPC).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for the collection of compliance-related documentation.
  • Prepare draft correspondences, reports, and basic regulatory forms.
  • Assist in audit preparations and follow-ups.
  • Support compliance training logistics and policy dissemination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory trackers and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Admin, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (preferably in legal or compliance team)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and file management systems
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
