We're looking for a results-driven leader to guide our Ad Hoc Analytics team in delivering high-quality, insightful data solutions. In this role, you'll oversee reporting operations, mentor analysts, and ensure every project is accurate, timely, and impactful. You'll transform raw data into automated reports, interactive dashboards, and compelling presentations using SQL, SSRS, and advanced Excel helping executives and clients make confident, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support Data Analysts, fostering growth and technical expertise.
  • Oversee the development of automated reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, and advanced Excel tools.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting processes and stored procedures.
  • Present insights to clients and executives using clear, impactful data visualizations.
  • Manage reporting requests, set priorities, and track progress against deadlines.
  • Keep training materials current and champion best practices in analytics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Proven experience leading analytics or reporting teams.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and strong SSRS development experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities able to translate data into stories.
  • A proactive problem-solver with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
