Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the finance team of a fast-growing environmental construction company as they scale their operations. You'll play a crucial role in streamlining accounts payable processes using cutting-edge AP automation technology. Working primarily with vendor bill data entry and various accounting support tasks, you'll help reduce operating overhead while supporting the company's rapid expansion. This position offers the chance to work with modern financial systems and be part of a team that's implementing efficient processes to support sustainable growth in the environmental sector.

Responsibilities
  • Process vendor bills and perform accurate data entry using Stampli AP automation software
  • Handle accounts payable transactions and related administrative tasks efficiently
  • Support various time-consuming accounting processes that drive operational efficiency
  • Work seamlessly within integrated systems including Stampli and NetSuite
  • Contribute to reducing operating overhead through accurate and timely data processing
  • Assist the growing finance and accounting team with critical operational support
  • Help streamline AP processes as the company scales across multiple business divisions

Requirements
  • Must have 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable processing and data entry
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems (NetSuite experience highly preferred)
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn AP automation tools (Stampli experience a plus but not required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Strong commitment to full-time engagement and long-term partnership
  • Excellent English communication skills for seamless collaboration
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Interest in supporting environmental sustainability initiatives through your work
