About the role

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Internet Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe in the heart of Manila City. As the Internet Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our technology-driven facility, catering to the needs of our diverse customer base. This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to hone your management skills and contribute to the growth of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the overall operations of the internet cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  2. Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and customer experience
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, such as organising gaming tournaments and workshops
  4. Monitor sales, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team
  5. Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading, training, and motivating the cafe staff
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in managing an internet cafe or a similar technology-driven business, preferably in the Manila area
  2. Strong technical expertise in computer hardware and software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of clients with patience and professionalism
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  5. Solid financial and operations management skills, including inventory control, budgeting, and reporting
  6. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to changing customer demands and market trends
