Are you passionate about building fair, competitive, and meaningful compensation programs? Enshored is looking for a
Senior HR Analyst – Total Rewards
who will play a key role in shaping our pay and rewards strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent in a fast-growing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead compensation benchmarking and salary structure design.
  • Prepare competitive compensation proposals for promotions, adjustments, and new hires.
  • Build and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and cost models.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and wage requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to align rewards with business goals.
  • Educate leaders on Enshored's compensation philosophy and frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics (BPO/fast-scaling environment a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise.
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking, job leveling, and internal equity analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, survey tools, or Philippine labor law is a strong advantage.
