What You'll Do:

  • Configure, and maintain cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or relevant).
  • Migrate and maintain web applications, servers and apps in Azure, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-based services.
  • Manage and support Office 365 & Azure Cloud technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint.
  • Mobile Device Management using Intune.
  • Maintain & troubleshoot cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Manage our SASE platform and maintain Cloud/On Premise network connectivity.
  • Monitor ongoing cloud automation scripts (PowerShell and Azure Automation).
  • Monitor and analyze cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workbooks, and other observability tools.
  • Set up cloud monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and security incidents.
  • Provide L3 support across the cloud and infrastructure layers, troubleshooting cloud-related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain IT-related documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various IT groups and business teams to implement and maintain technical solutions globally.
  • Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical business functions.
  • Minimize information loss by maintaining effective backup and recovery solutions for cloud environments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows server administration.
  • Good experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation.
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • A self-driven individual who can set priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Passionate about cloud technologies and automation.
  • Strong relationship builder, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
