I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

To handle budget formulation and monitoring, as well as the preparation, analysis and monitoring of cost centers' monthly expenses and budget. To handle the accounts of Rezostar Corporation and the preparation and processing of all government remittances.

II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning

  1. Prepare and maintain financial model and databases in Excel. Model, analyze, communicate and advise on key metrics and drivers of the business. This includes analyzing performance against historical performance, plans, and forecasts
  2. Assists cost center managers in the preparation of their mid-year and annual review of expenses and budgeting plan.
  3. Co-ordinate and consolidate the financial plans/forecasts.
  4. Prepare key consolidation schedules for corporate submissions.
  5. Track capital expenditures against approved capital budget.

Financial Analysis

  1. Analyze monthly financial results & variance analysis.
  2. Prepare reliable, timely, and accurate financial analytics.
  3. Perform product group financial analysis projects requested by management or a functional area
  4. Prepare and submit the Daily Consolidated Balancing Report for the Managing Director.
  5. Act as the Accountant of Rezostar Corporation.
  6. Submit Rezostar's Financial Reports every 7th working day of the month.
  7. Submit cost centers' expenses every 15th working day of the month.

Others

  1. Prepares forms and process payments for government remittances including but not limited to Social Security System, Philhealth, Pag-ibig Fund and BIR.
  2. Prepares documentary requirements for financial statement preparation and tax audits.
  3. Monitors due dates of monthly remittances to avoid penalties.
  4. Prepares documentary requirements for securing clearance from SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Fund.
  5. Monitors status of tax cases and deficiency tax payments.
  6. Files and maintain documents related to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig Fund and BIR.
  7. Perform other functions that may be assigned by superiors

III. JOB SPECIFICATION, COMPETENCIES AND PROFILE

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Accountancy
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced in reconciliation and general accounting.
  • Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in standard costing application, Analytic with Strong problem-solving, With good oral and written communication skills, Flexible and can demonstrate sound work ethics
  • With knowledge in Fixed asset accounting, detail oriented and with Microsoft Dynamic Background and With strong excel background
  • Can able to offer advanced solutions based on collected, summarized, and analyzed data.
