The Codebox is hiring a detail-oriented Media Buyer with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok Ads.
This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in independent work and is passionate about data, performance, and making an impact behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights

  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI targets are met

  • Work independently to execute tasks and solve problems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategy



Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta (FB), and TikTok Ads

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and budget tracking

  • Comfortable working solo and independently

  • Advanced English – written and spoken

  • Experience in media buying or accounting is a plus (not mandatory)
