Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage order processing, e-commerce operations, and inventory while supporting sales and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage wholesale and e-commerce orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Set up new accounts in
    NetSuite
    and support
    EDI order management
    .
  • Manage faulty/incorrect shipments and return authorizations.
  • Ensure smooth e-commerce order flow and resolve warehouse issues.
  • Maintain stock updates and process sample/donation orders.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years
    of experience in
    sales administration
    and
    customer service
    .
  • Strong
    Excel
    and
    ERP system
    skills.
  • NetSuite is REQUIRED
  • Experience with
    SPS Commerce & NuOrder
    is a plus.
  • Prior experience with
    3PL warehouses & logistics
    is an advantage.
  • Highly
    organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
    .
  • Strong
    communication, problem-solving, and prioritization
    skills.
