DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer telephone calls, emails, chats and other platform of inquiries.
  • Outbound and inbound selling.
  • Assist in cashiering.
  • Contact customers to promote offers and retail activities.
  • Participates and involvement to productivity improvement programs of the company such as SGA, QCC and RGC-PS.
  • Religiously comply with the company rules and regulations, core values, work instructions, safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Observes cleanliness and conducts 5S of good housekeeping program in the workplace as part of compliance to Company Health and Safety Standard.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • With minimum of 6 months of working experience in sales.
  • Customer oriented and team player
  • Has a good moral character and interpersonal skills.
