Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect past-due invoices.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Document all collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements in the system.
  • Follow up on payment commitments and escalate unresolved accounts to management.
  • Process and apply customer payments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and billing departments to resolve account issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a collection specialist or any accounts receivable role.
  • With background in handling Accounts Receivables and/or using SAP software is preferred.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Amenable to work along Bridgetowne, Pasig CIty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
