A CEO's secretary, often called an executive assistant or executive secretary, provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO. Their responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, handling communications, preparing documents, and acting as a liaison within the company and with external contacts.
Job Description:
- To provide administrative and clerical support.
- Ensuring smooth internal correspondence, document tracking, and personal communication.
- Organized, articular, and experienced in executive assistance.
- Familiar with document handling, email coordination, and meeting set ups.
- Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing logistics.
- Making travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration / Office Administration, Management, and Secretarial Administration
- Experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant
- Background to corporate environment
- Skills to event planning o project coordination
- Knowledge for basic accounting o reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency for MS Office
- Time management and multitasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
